1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the vipyes platform and its users. vipyes operates a safe and reliable online gaming platform for players in Bangladesh.

These Terms apply to the vipyes website, mobile application and all related services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

3. Age Verification

vipyes provides services only to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Minors are completely prohibited from registering an account, playing games or conducting any financial transactions.

vipyes may request a national identity card or other government-issued document as proof of age in cases of doubt. If age verification fails, the account will be closed immediately and any funds in that account may be forfeited.

4. Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You will be personally responsible for any activity carried out through your account.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Always log out after logging in on a public or shared device.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to financial transactions on the vipyes platform:

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for all methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.

Welcome Bonus

Newly registered members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement of 25 times must be met to receive the bonus. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,200; or a deposit of ৳26,000 earns a ৳15,000 bonus giving a total of ৳41,000.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have a specific validity period.
• Not all games can be played with bonus funds; the list of eligible games will be stated on the promotions page.
• If bonus benefits are misused or an attempt is made to collect bonuses by fraudulent means, the account may be cancelled.
• Each player is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be cancelled.

VIP Program

The vipyes VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.4%, Gold — up to 0.6%, Platinum — up to 0.8%, and Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Your tier is upgraded based on your activity.

vipyes reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion. Reasonable notice will be given where possible in the event of changes.

7. Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when playing games on the vipyes platform:

• Each game has its own rules, which are described in detail in the game interface.
• If any game result is left incomplete due to a technical error, vipyes reserves the right to void the relevant bet.
• In the event of a technical problem or server interruption in any game, a transaction that has not been confirmed will not be considered valid.

Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers the opportunity to bet on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA World Cup, club football), kabaddi and other sports. Odds against bets may change and the odds displayed before a bet is confirmed are final.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the vipyes platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Hacking, modifying or any form of technical manipulation of gaming software.
• Gaining unfair advantage through bots, automated scripts or any other technical tools.
• Creating multiple accounts or identity fraud.
• Threatening, harassing or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users.
• Intimidating or behaving inappropriately toward vipyes staff.
• Systematic misuse of bonus benefits (bonus arbitrage).
• Operating an account with false or misleading information.

If any of the above activities are engaged in, the account will be closed immediately, the balance may be forfeited and legal action may be taken where necessary.

9. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the vipyes website and platform — logos, images, graphics, text, software, designs — is the intellectual property of vipyes or the relevant copyright holders. No part of this content may be reproduced, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Balance When Account Is Closed

If an account is closed at the user's own request, the remaining balance will be returned within a reasonable time, subject to withdrawal conditions being met.
